Joyce LeBombard is the President of the League of Women Voters of Texas. She works with nonpartisan organizations and coalitions to empower voters and defend democracy. She also works on technology for the Texas Leagues and a national technology steering committee. LeBombard has been a member of the League since 2017. She is the former President of the Austin Area League and Vice President of Voters Service. She led the expansion of Get Out the Vote, Voter Registration, Voter Education, First Vote, Community Outreach, and Equity and Inclusion programs. LeBombard retired from a management career in systems and technology in the financial services industry.
